Nate Jackson: Super Funny World Tour

Sunday, June 1, 7 p.m. Ovens Auditorium

The Tacoma-based writer, actor, and comedian is slated to launch a Netflix special this summer, and he’s also landed upcoming roles in NBC’s reboot of The Office and Aziz Ansari’s feature film, Good Fortune. 16+.

June 5-7, Various times. The Comedy Club at Duckworth’s

The New York City comic, actor, and writer is “offbeat yet upbeat,” and Forbes has called him a “comedic personification of a punk rock show.” He released his debut special, Ian Fidance: Wild Happy & Free, last year, and he co-hosts a popular podcast, Bein’ Ian with Jordan. 18+.

June 5-7, Various times. The Comedy Zone

The Nigerian American stand-up comic, impressionist, and actor tours internationally. He’s known for his roles in shows and films like Zoolander, Soul Plane, and Benders; his one-hour special, Regular Black, is available on Showtime. 18+.

In the live episode of their podcast Beyond the Blinds, Troy McEady and Kelli Williams gossip about the dark side of Hollywood. 18+.

She was a semifinalist on America’s Got Talent in 2019, and she uses her affable jokes and “sparkling nature” to “simultaneously entertain, encourage, and empower audiences while keeping them laughing.” Catch her special, Menoplause, on Hulu. 18+.

June 12-14, Various times. The Comedy Club at Duckworth’s

Edwards is a British Jamaican American stand-up comic, actor, and writer with credits that include The Joe Rogan Experience, Conan, Survival of the Thickest, and Black-ish. He regularly tackles challenging social issues with his dark humor and biting, no-holds-barred approach to comedy. 18+.

Day Drinking with Doug Stanhope & Andy Andrist

Saturday, June 14, Noon. The Comedy Zone

Stand-up comic and writer Andy Andrist joins longtime comedian Doug Stanhope to drink alcohol on stage and deliver caustic and obscene observations of life. 18+.

Known for his offbeat satire, Armisen brings a mix of stand-up, musical sketches, and observations in a show that expands on his 2018 Netflix special, Standup for Drummers. All ages welcome.

Peter Antoniou: Psychic Comedian

Wednesday, June 18, 7 p.m. The Comedy Zone

He was a semifinalist on America’s Got Talent in 2021 for his act, which fuses feats of mind-reading, storytelling, wit, and improvisational comedy. 18+.

Liza Treyger

June 19-21, Various times. The Comedy Club at Duckworth’s

The Ukraine-born, New York City-based comedian has built her career around being an unapologetic straight talker. She’s the co-host of That’s Messed Up: An SVU Podcast and released her first Netflix special, Night Owl, in January. 18+.

Connor Wood Presents: Fibs & Friends Featuring Maggie Winters

June 20-21, Various times. The Comedy Zone

Wood launched his comedy career during COVID on his social media channels, @fibula, with rants about life in quarantine as an unemployed person. He’s joined in this show by Winters, a “Chicago-fried comedian-turned-internet personality best known under the moniker @saggiesplinters.” 18+.

Fiona Cauley

Sunday, June 22, 6 p.m. The Comedy Zone

The Nashville-based comic “uses her quick wit and dark sense of humor to give some insight into what life is like as a disabled female comic.” 18+.

Connor King

June 26-28, Various times. The Comedy Club at Duckworth’s

The young comic from Philly is popular on TikTok and Instagram. His comedy, which hits on topics ranging from the benefits of a bad childhood to the hottest way to take off a shirt, is quick-witted and “inappropriately insightful.” 18+.

Gary Owen

June 26-28, Various times. The Comedy Zone

He’s a white guy from Ohio who got his start on BET’s Comic View and Shaquille O’Neal’s All Star Comedy Jam Tour. He also has six comedy specials and acting credits in movies that include Daddy Day Care and Ride Along. 18+.
