With two locations in Charlotte, CCT offers strength training and run coaching through small group classes and personal training. Class sizes are capped at 10 people and focus primarily on true strength training not traditional high intensity options. Classes are led by trainers with extensive experience to help you be the best version of yourself: including physical therapists, an athletic trainer and those working in the industry for over 10 years. Classes are 55 minutes and include post workout stretches.
