Led by Dr. Matrika Johnson, Reproductive Specialists of the Carolinas (RSC) is a boutique fertility center with a state-of-the-art laboratory located in the heart of Charlotte, NC. The center provides highly personalized fertility care to patients through a wide range of services such as in vitro fertilization (IVF), intrauterine insemination (IUI), fertility assessments, oncofertility, egg freezing, embryo freezing, and gestational surrogacy.
Dr. Johnson is board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Her practice is backed by a fully trained medical staff, a professional services team, and an embryologist with nearly 25 years of experience. The center has a successful IVF rate and has welcomed several RSC babies within a year of opening. Recently, RSC expanded and opened a new IVF lab, which offers enhanced treatments and allows for more in-person consultations in a beautiful, relaxing, private, and spacious setting.
Reproductive Specialists of the Carolinas provides a level of care that is unmatched in the region. Dr. Johnson recognizes that infertility can be overwhelming and emotional, and since humans are unique, Dr. Johnson believes infertility treatment should be unique as well.

RSC and Dr. Johnson are committed to helping individuals and couples achieve parenthood and believe everyone should have access to care. For LGBTQIA+, single parents by choice, and those who need additional support, the team offers egg and sperm donation and gestational carrier resources.
