Friday's Find: Ericka Ann + Co.

Absolute pure deliciousness—that’s what I use to describe the Whoopie Pies that Ericka Ann + Co. make. I first tried one at the Bella Bridesmaid After Work Party and snuck out the door with at least five more tucked away in my purse at the end of the event.

These would be great engagement party, bridal shower, or bridal party favors or gifts or even a nice addition to a welcome basket/box for out-of-town guests.

Baker, Ericka Steadman, says the original flavor is Pumpkin Spice with Cream Cheese filling (bingo! that’s what I had), but she also makes Dark Chocolate with Mint Cream Cheese filling, Chocolate Walnut with Chocolate Buttercream Filling, Dark Chocolate with Whipped Peanut Butter Filling, and Spiced Eggnog with Whipped Vanilla Filling (for the month of December, only.) She’s got some new flavors in the works, too: Peanut Butter and Jelly, Buttermilk Pancake with Maple Syrup Cream Cheese, and S’mores with Toasted Marshmellow Cream Cheese. At $24 a dozen, I’d say that’s crumbs in cost compared to the flavor. Seriously, how delicious do these look?
