Fundraising Efforts Begin at Breweries, Restaurants as Storm Comes to Charlotte
As Tropical Storm Florence becomes more present in the Charlotte area, businesses are ramping up fundraising efforts toward relief. This list will be updated.
Brewers at 4001 Yancey
For every beer sold through Sunday, the spot is donating $1 toward relief efforts to the American Red Cross Greater Carolinas Region.
Triple C Brewing Co.
The South End brewery will also be donating $1 from every beer sold to the American Red Cross.
Operation BBQ Relief
With this nonprofit, volunteers from competition BBQ teams come to areas needing meals for those displaced. They’re now in Charlotte, and they’re looking for donations and volunteers.
Additionally, free water is available at the following breweries: Blue Blaze Brewing, Divine Barrel, NoDa Brewing, Resident Culture, Rivermen Brewing, and The Dreamchaser's Brewery.
