Here Are The 2024 Charlotteans of The Year
The 10th anniversary of our annual awards honoring those who made Charlotte better
Sharing this space are a sports executive and former NFL team president; a reality show on Netflix; a new (and most welcome) music festival; a woman who’s injected fresh life into our city’s history museum; and quite a bit more. It sounds a bit like a reworking of The Real World. But it’s the 10th anniversary of our Charlotteans of the Year, and they encompass a range of people, businesses, nonprofits, athletes, and pizza that finally puts the lie to the canard that Charlotte can’t do pizza right. Yes, it can. Plenty of other things, too.
