This lower South End brewery has more than wings and fried food. Chef Drew Ward adds some Southern flair to his menu with sharable dishes like the fries topped with jalapeño gravy and bacon crumbles. Ninety percent of the menu items incorporate beer into the recipe—the pretzel and his pizza crusts are made with Victory Helles beer dough.
