Owner Deedee Mills opened her first restaurant after climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, and her taste of the world is evident on The Summit Room’s menu. Duck confit comes alongside a second preparation of duck, seared breast, and a Southern touch of blueberry grits. The cocktail list is similarly thoughtful, named after the seven summits.
