Love It: DVF Fall 09 Collection

I may have mentioned this a few many times before, but I really love the bohemian look. And while I think that Diane Von Furstenberg’s fall collection may be less bohemian and more just “nomadic gypsy wanderer/bag lady-ish,” it totally works. The layers, the wrinkled knit tights, the over-sized cardigans, all in rich fall colors and many with ornate embroidery—I love it.

Of course, as far as I’m concerned, the best thing about these looks is that they can be recreated for those of us who don’t necessarily have too many DVF labels in our closets. I just appreciate the trend she’s setting. Can’t wait to see what the rest of fashion week brings…
