Meredith Jackson Gives her Jewels a Home in Myers Park

After a career in interior design spawned an interest in jewelry making, Meredith Jackson made some big life changes. Four years ago, she started taking welding and casting classes, and in 2010, she began displaying her Everyday Jewelry line at Jewelry Artists of Charlotte, while simultaneously hosting trunk shows fulltime. Jackson launched her own website last November, adding a new line, Fine Jewelry. Thanks to a roaring reception, she decided to open a physical showroom, Meredith Jackson Jewelry Design, in Myers Park. There, in her upstairs outpost at Villa Square Shopping Center, you’ll find a gorgeous mixture of Everyday trinkets, along with fancier numbers. “I buy and make what I like,” says Jackson.
