SIPP: Service Industry Patio Party (weekly event)

The McDevitt Agency, one of Charlotte’s leading real estate firms, puts on this after-work social every other month. There'll be models showcasing the latest fashion and styles from Revolution boutique and Re Salon, a DJ playing your favorite tunes, and photographers on hand so come camera-ready. First Tuesdays with CMBCC

Parade of Power
Charlotte Motor Speedway will roll out its fall season of speed with a parade from Concord Mills Mall, running along Bruton Smith Boulevard, and ending at the speedway’s Avenue of Flags. This event will highlight the upcoming races taking place at the speedway, zMAX Dragway, and The Dirt Track at Charlotte. Fans will enjoy the Powerade Play Zone, which includes the Fan Van, face painters, and a bounce house, along with live music, and inexpensive refreshments. NASCAR and NHRA drivers, including Joey Logano, Erica Enders, and Doug Herbert, will take part in the event, and they’ll hold an autograph session and driver Q&A following the parade. 10 a.m.-2 p.m.; parade begins at noon. Pop Life: X-Rated Edition
Uptown’s largest, weekly Wednesday night party turns into “Fantasy Island” this night, with special guests Gigi Maguire, the renowned pole dancing instructor from Atlanta, and Magic City dancer Virgo. Music by DJ Sense. Also, the first two hours of the night will feature a complimentary tasting of X-Rated Fusion Vodka accompanied with heavy hors d’oeuvres by Sadie's Soulful Southern Experience.
