“Our friends and family are scattered across the globe, so it was exciting to have everyone gathered in Charlotte to celebrate our wedding and experience true Southern hospitality. This photo was taken toward the end of our reception. [It] captures one of the most intimate moments we had during the entire weekend. We stepped outside into the cool night, away from the party. With our adrenaline briefly wearing off, this moment turned into a time of true reflection. We realized how lucky we both are to not only have each other, but also to have the most loving and caring family and friends in our lives.”
