Real Wedding: Emily and Matthew at The Fillmore

Emily is from Rochester, New York, and Matthew from Buffalo, but it wasn’t until they competed in a bowling league six years ago on South Boulevard that they finally met. Flash-forward to their wedding last fall, a rainy day that was no match for their indoor venue. Sectioned off with drapery to create an intimate feel, the space was classic yet fun and unique. Popcorn and dessert bars brought extra playfulness to the soiree, as well as hors d’oeuvres like ahi tuna lollipops and mini baked brie en croûtes. The Fillmore is the perfect place to party, so it was no surprise when Emily and Matthew ended up on stage with the band to close out the night.
