Bar Cocoa offers a taste of southern-style cakes and pies
Between creamy coconut cake, red velvet, caramel cake, seven-layer chocolate cake, and pies upon pies, the south certainly knows how to do dessert. For the next few months, Bar Cocoa at The Ritz-Carlton will be offering up a taste of the Old South by the slice.
Presented on Fridays and Saturdays, Slice of the South will showcase historic flavors which can be enjoyed to-go or at the Bar Cocoa outdoor terrace or indoor dining nook.
Slice of the South complements Bar Cocoa's existing offering of to-go pastries, Norman Love confections, desserts, cupcakes, house-made gelato, and French-style macarons. Also available are cakes for special occasions, birthdays, and weddings.
