The Guinness International Champions Cup comes to Charlotte
Fans who were glued to their television screens during the World Cup can see some of their favorite European soccer stars play live this month. Charlotte is one of 13 cities in the U.S. and Canada hosting matches in a friendly competition called the Guinness International Champions Cup. Liverpool plays A.C. Milan at 6:30 p.m. on August 2 at Bank of America Stadium. Tickets $48 and up, ticketmaster.com.
