T-Time

It turns out graphic T-shirts aren’t just about skulls and crossbones or skin-tight, clingy fabrics. Monika White and James Marshall saw a void in the graphic tee market and launched Heraldry Clothing in Los Angeles. The line, which is now based in Charlotte, features inventive motifs on carefully chosen fabrics, flattering the figures they cloak.
Each tee’s design — including lion crests, florals, and maps — offers a creative image. Vintage washes and shiny foil details on 100 percent cotton make these men’s and women’s tees stand out. "Our signature is stylish while sophisticated," says Marshall. Snag a Heraldry T-shirt at boutiques Black & Blue, Lavendar, or Denim Affair for $40 to $60.
