They may be three of the top private schools in the city, but sometimes it's hard to tell them apart. After all, Charlotte Latin, Charlotte Country Day, and Providence Day all promise competitive academic environments, stellar athletic programs, and small classes. Each one boasts that they're creating well-rounded achievers who will excel at top universities. But they also have student parking lots dotted with expensive foreign cars, spring break trips to Mexico, and a whole lot of designer handbags on the arms of their students. And they all cost close to $20,000 a year for high school. Here's a look inside.
