Petit Philippe debuts new gift registry service

Myers Park wine and chocolate tasting room Petit Philippe has a new gift registry service, which also includes artisan chocolate and wine pairings and cellar consultations. “It was a great way for new couples to start out their lives with a great cellar collection,” explains Lexee Zutz of Petit Philippe. First, couples meet with a sommelier to pare down which varietals they love, from old world French Burgundy to California chardonnay. Then they create a registry of 50 to as many as 300 wines. Guests can purchase over the phone or in person. Petit Philippe will store the wines for as long as the couple wants, or even deliver bottles on anniversaries and other special occasions. 2820 Selwyn Ave., #160, 704-332-9910
