We're Fat in the South

According to the CDC, Charlotte needs to lose some weight

Percent of people who say they get little to no physical activity or exercise on a daily basis.

The CDC recently released its findings regarding leisure-time physical inactivity, and found that Southerners were the least active. (Maybe it’s the fried chicken and pimento cheese?) A whopping 29 percent of adults in the South said they got no physical activity or exercise besides their regular job. Yikes. We wanted to find out where the Charlotte area stacked up. Are we couch potatoes? Here’s what we said.
