What’s Happening: Carolina Warehouse Sale

It’s Tuesday. If you’re like us, you’re probably already thinking about Friday. Or, possibly even Saturday. Also, if you’re like us, you have written in very large letters CAROLINA WAREHOUSE SALE on your calendar for Saturday.

That’s right. The day is quickly approaching when merchandise from the fabulous Charlotte boutiques below will be marked 75% off. Then 80% off. Then 85% off. Of course, you probably already know this because the Web site for the sale has received more than 30,000 hits in the last three weeks.

Here are some tips: The sale starts at 10, be there early. VISA and Mastercard are the only currency accepted, bring a photo ID. You can’t bring handbags or strollers in and there are no dressing rooms, so hold onto your wallet and wear leggings and a tank top. It is all women’s attire, so leave the guys at home. (Or let him bring the credit card.) All sales are final, so choose carefully.
