Make a bold statement this summer with bright pink, fluorescent yellow, and electric greens and blues. Neon will put you in the spotlight, whether you choose to layer bright on bright or balance neutrals against a single eye-popping piece. Just make sure to stick to sophisticated silhouettes to keep your look from being an ’80s flashback.
